July 27th-Managing Up- Working Effectively Wirth Your Supervisor.
This webinar will address the following questions:

  • How can I build a positive relationship with my supervisor?

  • What strategies can I implement when working with a challenging supervisor ?

  • What can I do if I am getting assigned too many/too few projects from my supervisor?

August 17-Giving and Receiving Constructive Feedback
This webinar will address the following questions:

  • What does constructive feedback mean?

  • Why is receiving constructive feedback important?

  • How can I respond to constructive feedback?

  • How can I share constructive feedback with a supervisor/co-worker?
